The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is a 6-week Yoga Alliance program at Blue Chitta on Koh Tao for certified yoga teachers, retreat leaders and yoga professionals. It covers functional anatomy and therapeutic applications, advanced philosophy and the Bhagavad Gita, advanced sequencing, leadership and ethics, and teaching clinics with mentorship, with optional vegetarian meals and an on-site shared room. A 200-hour certification is required; it starts with each 200-hour intake.

The 300-hour training is continuing education for certified teachers: deeper anatomy, deeper philosophy, and the leadership to hold retreats and trainings of your own. Not certified yet? Start with the 200-hour teacher training.
Karma yoga is yoga in action: the practice of selfless service. As a Karma Yogi on your Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Tao, you support your teachers and fellow students through the course — and receive 5% off your training as a thank-you. When the training ends, the journey continues: stay on for four more weeks as a volunteer intern across Blue Chitta, from reception and customer care to our sunrise classes at High the Moon. You become part of the Blue Chitta team, give back to the community that held you, and take your first real steps as a yoga teacher in Thailand. Only 2 places per training, on the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings. We ask for 8 weeks in total, with a 5-week minimum. Ask us to apply.
