The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is a 6-week Yoga Alliance program at Blue Chitta on Koh Tao for certified yoga teachers, retreat leaders and yoga professionals. It covers functional anatomy and therapeutic applications, advanced philosophy and the Bhagavad Gita, advanced sequencing, leadership and ethics, and teaching clinics with mentorship, with vegetarian meals and an on-site shared room. A 200-hour certification is required; it starts with each 200-hour intake.

Yes. The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is intended for certified yoga teachers who have already completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
