Welcome to Blue Chitta Yoga and Freediving Studio Koh Tao, a sanctuary where breath, movement, and mindfulness unite our beautiful community!
We have 3 locations on Koh Tao island, our main studio in Mae Haad, our viewpoint High the Moon and small location in Chalok Ocean Sound Studio.

We have 3 different locations on the island of Koh Tao.
Blue Chitta, High the Moon & Ocean Sound. Each location has its own weekly yoga schedule.

Yoga Schedule
Blue Chitta Yoga Studio offer a fully equipped space to get together and practice yoga and freediving.
A beautiful sea-view on one side and jungle view on the other. A perfect place to connect with yourself and with nature.
All equipment is provided.
All classes are open to everyone.
No experience needed.
We start on time.
Beginners are welcome!
No Booking needed,
just come 10 minutes before class.
Pricing
Yoga: 350 baht (or 1 BC credit)
Workshops : 600 baht (or 2 BC credits)
5 classes for 1600 baht
10 classes for 3000 baht
Yoga Unlimited: 1300 baht /day
Private Classes
Private Yoga Class: 2500 baht/h for 1 – 4 students,
+500 baht/additional students
Private Sound Healing: 6,000 baht/session for 1-4 attendees,
+500 baht/additional students

Get unlimited free yoga classes in exchange for help at the studio.
Minimum Stay : 2 month.
How does it work ?
You need yoga we need help at the studio! Lets exchange energy! Karma Yogis help cleaning the studio and keeping the space tidy.
2 hours of your help daily in exchange for unlimited yoga classes and staff discount on freediving courses!

Class Description

Vinyasa Flow
Energizing Practice. Synchronizing movement with breath in a dynamic flow. Designed for advanced practitioners but open to everyone.

Yin Yoga
Relaxing Practice. Holding Static postures for few minutes to allow the stretch to reach the deep connective tissues.

Meditation
Centering Practice. Exploring Pranayama (breathwork) together with mental focus to induce a meditative state.

Hatha
Balanced Practice. Take your time to breathe into each poses. Great for new yogis.

Fluid Flow
Mellow practice with focus on fluidity of the breath and freedom of the spine. Great for new yogis and Freedivers.

Inversions
A Workshop where you learn how to practice Handstand, Headstand and all other inverted yoga poses.



Why Yoga & Freediving ?
- The depth you are able to achieve in Freediving is a direct side effect of how relaxed and comfortable you are. Yoga is a great tool to learn how to consciously relax the body and focus mind.
- Down at depth, our breathing organs are compressed under the water pressure. To reduce risks of injuries due to increasing pressure, we practice targeted lung stretching exercices. Keep your breathing organs toned and flexible!
- Freediving with ease comes from the capacity of being fully present in the moment, without overthinking. Yoga & Meditation are great tools to learn to slow down the mind and cultivate presence.
- Yoga will help you keep your body strong and flexible and develop a better body awareness. Those qualities will help you improve your freediving technique including kicking, pulling, swimming and equalizing with ease.
