A Blue Chitta booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and confirm in writing. Drop-in classes need no deposit; other packages take 30% or 3,000 thb depending on the total, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is due on arrival. A booking is confirmed only once we have received your deposit or full payment and sent you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Requesting a place, holding a date or receiving a quote does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Drop-in classes need no deposit. Retreats, courses, trainings and other packages require a deposit of 30% or 3,000 thb, depending on the package's total price, to confirm your place. The remaining balance is due on arrival, payable in cash (thb), by card or by bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable: a deposit cannot be refunded, moved to another person, or applied to a different date or program.
All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (thb). Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; 7% Thai VAT is added at the point of payment for all courses, retreats and packages paid online, in part or in full. Payments made online are processed securely by Stripe. Blue Chitta does not receive or store your card details. Your card statement will show a charge from Blue Chitta Co., Ltd.
Where a booking is made through a third-party platform (ClassPass, BookYogaRetreat, GetYourGuide and similar), that platform's own booking and payment terms apply to the transaction.
Your confirmation email sets out exactly what your program includes. Anything not listed — flights, ferries, travel insurance, personal expenses, extra activities and additional nights — is not included.
Freediving and yoga carry inherent risks. You are required to complete our medical and liability forms before your first session, and to disclose any condition that may affect your safety in the water or on the mat. Our instructors may, at their discretion, stop or modify your participation where they judge it unsafe to continue. No refund is given where participation is stopped for safety reasons or for failure to disclose a relevant condition. Certification in any freediving or yoga training is awarded on the basis of performance and attendance, not on payment; failing to meet the certification standards does not entitle you to a refund.
Participants under 18 require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
