Meet Anuj
Anuj is the lead yoga teacher at Blue Chitta, originally from India. He holds a BSc in Yoga from MJRP University and specialises in Ashtanga, Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga. Trained under Yogacharya Bharat Shetty, he has taught over 600 students across multiple teacher training courses in India. His teaching is rooted in the classical Ashtanga system, combining discipline, breathwork, meditation, kirtan, movement and self-study.
A week to deepen your practice
This retreat is built around consistent, intentional practice — asana, pranayama and alignment, day after day, so that strength, stability and self-awareness have time to arrive. It suits practitioners who want to understand the practice more deeply and build something sustainable, not just collect a holiday.
Where you stay
In our wellness dormitories: clean pod beds, mixed or female-only rooms, a shared community atmosphere, and the beach a short walk away. If you would rather have privacy, we can recommend nearby resorts.
Your next breath.
Move sideways into the place, or forward into a deeper practice.
Tell us your dates and your level, and we'll come back with the honest answer, including if something else here suits you better.
