The Master Freediver Course at Blue Chitta, Koh Tao is a 30-day professional freediving programme with 23 water sessions — 20 in the ocean, 3 in the pool — across CWTB, FIM, CNF, DYN and STA, plus daily meditation, dry training, yoga classes, workshops, 4 ice baths and the Friday Community Dinner. It costs 54,000 thb course only (no stay), or 69,000 thb all-inclusive with a dorm bed, one meal a day and unlimited yoga, and requires Level 1 and Level 2 certification.

This is an immersion into the freediving lifestyle on a tropical island, and the best preparation there is for the Instructor course. You freedive for depth, for technique, for performance, for fun, and for career development — with enough time for progression to actually compound rather than being crammed into a long weekend.
Daily meditation and breathwork, daily dry training, yoga classes, ice bath sessions, mental training, and deliberate recovery and relaxation. This is what improves breath-hold time, relaxation, equalisation and depth performance — the four things that actually decide how a month of training ends.
