Blue Chitta's Freediving Retreat for certified freedivers in Koh Tao is a 7-day immersion (20,000 thb), also available as 3 days (13,000 thb), starting any day. Each day combines a guided water session — line training, pool or a Reef Freediving Adventure — with meditation, a yoga class, brunch at Prana Café and a sea-view dorm bed. Extra days are 4,500 thb each, so you can extend a day at a time.

Each day includes a guided session pitched at your level: line training, Reef Freediving Adventures, pool training, and technique and depth development. Every session follows our weekly freediving schedule, which is what makes the retreat flexible without becoming unstructured.
A daily meditation and breathing class, a daily yoga class or workshop from the yoga schedule, breathwork and relaxation techniques, and optional ice bath and breathing workshops. These are not extras — they are what lets you relax deeper, improve your breath-hold, and freedive more comfortably.
