Meet Anuj
Anuj is the lead yoga teacher at Blue Chitta, originally from India. He holds a BSc in Yoga from MJRP University and specializes in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Therapeutic Yoga.
Trained under Yogacharya Bharat Shetty, Anuj has taught over 600 students through multiple teacher training courses in India. His teaching is rooted in the classical Ashtanga system, combining discipline, breathwork, meditation, kirtan, movement, and self-study.
Through asana, pranayama, and alignment, he guides students to build strength, stability, and deeper self-awareness in their practice.
