Yoga Teacher Training
Ashtanga & Hatha • 200TTC & Beyond
Deepen your practice in paradise • Awaken your voice as a teacher
Join us for a yoga teacher training on Koh Tao, Thailand
A tiny Thai island rooted in the tradition of flowing with the waves of life to dive deeper into ourselves.
Our immersive yoga teacher training is rooted in tradition, connection, and balance. Whether you aim to become a certified teacher or simply want to immerse yourself in a yogic lifestyle, this is your opportunity to go deeper – on and off the mat.
This training is for those ready to deepen their relationship with practice, reconnect with their own rhythm, and remember the ancient wisdom that lives in the body.

Our Yoga Alliance-accredited training goes beyond the usual curriculum, bringing together the power of Traditional Ashtanga and the softness of Hatha Yoga.
The training explores the in-depth eightfold path of yoga – the classical Ashtanga system -which provides a structured journey from ethical discipline and self-study to concentration and meditation. Through dedicated asana practice, pranayama (Breathing), philosophy, and alignment study, students cultivate strength, stability, and self-understanding.
This training is designed for sincere practitioners who wish to experience yoga in its true form, the way it is meant to be in its traditional form.
This is an intensive program where you get to immerse yourself fully into the lifestyle of a yogi. The programs are designed with care to support your self-growth and fill up your wellness cup so you can share from a space of plenty!
Candidates have the option to stay on-site or rent their own accommodation.

Your Home During the Training
This isn’t just where you sleep—it’s where you land, reset, and return to yourself.
Our sea-view yoga shala is the heart of the experience: open-air, sunlit, and steps from the sea. All of your practices take place here, held by the sounds of nature and the rhythm of island life.
Each day, we nourish your body with three vibrant, vegetarian meals prepared with love at our on-site Prana Café. Ingredients are fresh, local, and seasonal—think colorful smoothie bowls, Thai-inspired curries, and the kind of food that fuels your practice and uplifts your mood.
You’ll also be treated to a weekly dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants and invited to our Friday night Community Dinner + Jam Session—always a highlight.
Accommodations are simple, soulful, and steps from the shala. Stay in our on-site shared dormitory or explore private room options nearby. Wherever you land, you’ll be close to the energy of the training and part of the community experience.
