DAY 1
12:30-3:30 : Theory #1 – The basics of Freediving
In this classroom session you will learn everything you need to know to freedive safely to depth up to 12 meters including
– Equipment
– Nervous System
– Technique
– Equalization
– Breathe Up
– Recovery
Evening :
On your first evening, you will have the option to join our Breathwork and Ice Bath workshop or one of our Yoga Classes.
Breathwork and Ice Bath is a 90 minute workshop inspired by Wim Hof Method and design to teach you how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system.
Yoga Classes use movement, breath and sound to empower your body physically, mentally and emotionally.

Community Dinner & Jam
Every Friday we gather to eat and jam together. This is a great opportunity to connect with the local freediving and yoga community.
If you start your Retreat on a Friday you will start with our Community Dinner & Jam. If you start on a Wednesday you will end with it.
